QURUS by Dr G provides selected health and wellness products, healthcare-related information, appointment booking assistance, consultation booking, follow-up booking, and selected treatment-related deposit payment services for customers and patients in Malaysia and, where available, international customers or patients.

Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The final amount payable may include the product subtotal, shipping or delivery charges, service or processing fees, applicable taxes, discounts, or other charges clearly shown before payment confirmation.
We may update prices, promotions, fees, or product information at any time before an order is confirmed. If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we may contact the customer to confirm the correct amount or cancel and refund the affected transaction.
Submitting an order and completing payment does not by itself guarantee final acceptance. An order is considered accepted when we confirm that the order can be processed or begin preparing it for fulfilment.
We may reject, hold, or cancel an order where:
Payments may be collected for product purchases, consultation fees, follow-up appointment fees, booking deposits, treatment deposits, or other approved services. The final payable amount will be displayed or communicated before payment is made.
Payments may be processed through Curlec, Razorpay, banks, card networks, e-wallet providers, online banking providers, buy-now-pay-later providers, or other approved third-party payment partners. Customers may also be subject to the payment provider's own terms, eligibility checks, transaction limits, security procedures, processing times, fees, and privacy practices.
Where instalment or buy-now-pay-later options such as Atome are made available at checkout, approval is determined by the relevant provider. Availability, approval, repayment schedule, credit limit, late fees, and other conditions are not controlled or guaranteed by AG MED SDN BHD.
A payment may be treated as pending until confirmation is received from the relevant payment provider. Customers should not make repeated payments if a transaction appears delayed without first checking the payment status or contacting support.
Certain services may require a deposit to secure a booking, hospital arrangement, consultation slot, or treatment-related arrangement. A deposit payment does not guarantee that a patient is medically suitable for a specific procedure. Final suitability is subject to medical consultation, assessment, and approval by the relevant healthcare professional or hospital.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, weather, address issues, product availability, remote-area restrictions, customs procedures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, postcode, contact number, and recipient details. Additional charges or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be borne by the customer.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the address or recipient provided, except where the item was damaged before or during delivery and reported according to our Refund Policy.
Where self-collection is offered, the customer must collect the order from the stated location during the available collection period and may be required to present the order confirmation, identification, or other verification details.
Orders not collected within the communicated period may be delayed, cancelled, returned to stock, or subject to additional handling arrangements. Any refund remains subject to our Refund Policy and costs already incurred.
Order cancellations, product returns, exchanges, appointment cancellations, rescheduling, and refund requests are reviewed according to the circumstances of each case.
Product issues should be reported within the timeframe and with the supporting evidence stated in our Refund Policy. Appointment and treatment-related payments are also subject to our Booking & Payment Policy.
Approved refunds may take several working days to appear, depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, payment method, and any third-party processing requirements.
Customers and patients are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is complete, accurate, and up to date. This includes personal details, contact information, delivery address, medical history, selected products or services, appointment preferences, and payment information.
Customers must review the cart, quantity, delivery method, shipping address, total amount, and applicable policies before confirming payment. Patients should seek clarification before making payment if they are unsure about any service, fee, appointment detail, or treatment-related arrangement.
Promotions, discount codes, vouchers, and special offers may be subject to eligibility rules, expiry dates, product exclusions, minimum spending, usage limits, or other stated conditions. Unless expressly allowed, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash, combined, transferred, or applied retrospectively.
We may reject or reverse a promotion that was applied through technical error, misuse, duplication, fraud, or breach of the promotion terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.
We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, public health emergencies, government action, system outages, payment network disruption, courier interruption, labour disputes, or supply shortages.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
