A deposit payment does not guarantee that a patient is medically suitable for a specific procedure. Final suitability is subject to medical consultation, assessment, and approval by the relevant healthcare professional or hospital.

7. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds may take several working days to process depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, and payment method used.

Refunds may not be applicable for missed appointments, late cancellation, confirmed arrangements, completed consultations, completed services, or costs already incurred on behalf of the patient.
